Jenna Regan

New York born but Rhode Island raised, Jenna grew up in the thick of Newport hospitality. She started out at The Chanler before heading overseas to run events for the Maxi Yacht Racing circuit: a world where everything must be high-level and there’s zero room for a mistake. She has spent her life in film and theater production too, which taught her how to chanel her creativity while also keeping a massive productions moving. Since moving back home, she’s worked at places like Forty 1° North and Hotel Viking. She has a way of looking at a big, ambitious vision and just knowing how to make it a reality without any of the stress reaching the client.

LEAD PLANNER

Roxanne Callahan

Roxanne has roots in Manhattan and Cape Cod, but she’s been a fixture in the Newport hospitality world for most of her adult life. She spent twenty years owning and running a local restaurant where she built her reputation for being a warm presence, yet obsessive about the details. Later, she moved into leadership at luxury hotels as an Assistant GM and Director of Operations, learning how to manage the hundred moving parts of five-star service. She’s handled everything from private celebrations for high-profile clients to being the VIP Hospitality lead for American Magic during the America’s Cup in Barcelona. Roxanne has way of thinking three steps ahead of everyone else, so by the time a problem even suggests itself, she’s already cleared it out of the way.

Our Process

We provide expert management of every aesthetic and logistical detail from conceptualization to the final wedding day farewell.

  • During our first consultation, we'll delve into your desired event aesthetic, financial considerations, and overarching aspirations. This will help us identify your most important preferences and objectives for the celebration.

  • We'll work together to establish a comprehensive budget, ensuring funds are thoughtfully distributed across all aspects of your event. Following this, a detailed, personalized timeline will be crafted, outlining every step from.

  • Our service includes recommending and thoroughly vetting a range of professionals, such as ideal venues, esteemed caterers, talented florists, and skilled photographers. We'll then manage all interactions, including contract review, booking confirmations, and ongoing communications with these chosen partners.

  • This stage focuses on developing a cohesive aesthetic for your event. We'll define everything from the central theme and decor to the specific color scheme and floral designs. To help you visualize this, we'll provide a personalized design deck complete with digital renderings. We'll then work closely with our network of design vendors, clearly articulating your vision to them, managing their proposals, and handling all contracts to bring your dream event seamlessly to life.

  • We provide support for managing your guest list, including guidance on invitation aesthetics and efficient RSVP tracking. Furthermore, we'll expertly craft seating plans and accommodate specific guest needs.

  • Our services extend to organizing and supervising all events surrounding your main wedding day, such as the rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, or farewell brunch.

  • We'll create a precise, minute-by-minute schedule for your event and rigorously manage it to guarantee seamless transitions and timely execution.
