Jenna Regan
New York born, but Rhode Island raised, Jenna's affinity for the vibrant event industry blossomed in Newport, notably during her early tenure at The Chanler at Cliffwalk. Her initial professional endeavors involved orchestrating international regatta celebrations within the prestigious Maxi Yacht Racing circuit. Subsequently, her experience in Los Angeles as a personal assistant to a writer/director and his family cultivated her collaborative finesse and meticulous approach to managing intricate personal affairs. Returning to Rhode Island to focus her career within the hospitality sector, Jenna garnered valuable expertise as a coordinator and planner at esteemed establishments such as Forty 1° North and Hotel Viking.

Roxanne Callahan
With roots in Manhattan and Cape Cod in her early years, proudly based in Newport RI for most of her adult life, Roxanne brings a refined, intuitive approach to event planning and hospitality. Her 20 years as the owner and operator of a beloved Newport restaurant laid the foundation for her reputation: warm, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to creating meaningful, well-executed experiences.
Her background includes wedding and event planning, hotel operations, and concierge-level experience curation, as well as private yacht and estate management for high-profile clients. She’s supported global events including the Ocean Race and America’s Cup, and most recently served on the VIP hospitality team for American Magic in Barcelona.
Now part of our dynamic events team, Roxanne is known for her calm presence, sharp instincts, and seamless execution. She listens deeply, thinks ahead, and makes every client feel supported. A devoted parent and natural multitasker, she brings care, clarity, and precision to every celebration—ensuring your event feels personal, effortless, and unforgettable.

Roxanne joined us after managing hospitality and events for The American Magic Team in Barcelona during the America’s Cup. With her experience as a Luxury Hotel Assistant GM and Director of Operations, she understands five-star service and global logistics inside and out.
Jenna spent years navigating the high-level theater and film production world, a world that teaches you how to keep a massive production moving seamlessly while ensuring every creative detail is perfect.

What to Expect
Ladybird Event Co takes great pride in managing the behind the scenes to create a seamless and calm event.
Step 1
On our first consultation, we’ll discuss what type of event you’ll be throwing and the must-haves on your list. From there, we will build a customized plan of action to get the show on the road.
Step 2
After our initial conversation, we will begin coordinating with our trusted network to source vendors, arrange and execute a series of planning meetings to build towards your event.
Step 3
All that’s left is for you to enjoy the day with family and friends, and leave the rest to us!
